Care that sees the whole person

Obsidian Insight is a physical therapist-led practice focused on women's pelvic and musculoskeletal health.

We look beyond a single symptom or body part to understand how movement, pelvic health, recovery, lifestyle, and other factors may be influencing how you feel and function.

Whether you're working through a specific concern or looking for ongoing support for your health and physical function, care is individualized to where you are now, and where you want to go next.

A Different Kind of Care

Healthcare doesn't always fit neatly into a series of appointments.

At Obsidian, care can begin with a specific concern and evolve as your needs change. Your plan may include physical therapy, movement and physical-function assessment, education, preventive or maintenance care, and ongoing support.

The goal isn't simply to treat what's bothering you today. It's to understand your body, build your capacity, and help you stay connected to your health over time.

Pelvic Wellness & Functional Health: Serving the Greater Cleveland and Akron Areas and virtually nationwide

I Believe …

I believe that healthcare shouldn’t start with a diagnosis; it should start with curiosity. Wellness shouldn’t be the last step in recovery; it should be the first step in prevention. And women deserve more than rushed appointments and disconnected care. They deserve time, context, and connection.

Ongoing Care When You Need It

For women who want an ongoing relationship with their physical therapist, Obsidian offers a membership model designed around continuity rather than isolated visits.

Membership provides an ongoing framework for assessment, individualized care, education, communication, and support as your needs evolve.

Some members come to Obsidian with a specific problem they want to address. Others want ongoing support for maintaining function, preventing problems, navigating changes in their bodies, or continuing to work toward their health goals.

Meet Your Guide

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in women's pelvic health and movement.

My clinical work is grounded in physical therapy, biomechanics, and the relationship between how we move and how we feel. Over time, I've found that the most meaningful care often requires looking beyond the immediate complaint and considering the broader factors influencing someone's physical function, recovery, and health.

That's the foundation of Obsidian Insight.
